Bio: Wael has more than 25 years of experience in the education sector. Before leading Jeelan International Academy, he held different leadership positions as the Director of Development at Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA), school principal of several international schools, educational technology coordinator, head of computer science and design departments, member of the National Center for Curriculum Development, International Certified Trainer in Robotics Science, International Certified Trainer in Informatics and Programming, and a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE). In addition to his work as the school principal of Jeelan International School, and as an active member of the education community, Wael has many roles with international organizations and institutions in the education sector: He is a trainer for the Advanced Instructional Leadership Professional Diploma (AILPD), a School Visit Accreditation/Evaluation Team Leader in the Council of International Schools (CIS), as well as a School Visit Accreditation/Evaluation Team Member in the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), a consultant and workshop leader for schools that implement various IB education programs, and a Certified International Trainer of Trainers (TOT).
