Bio: Siham works in the faculty development department of Qatar University’s Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL). She advises academics in developing courses that will enhance students’ learning, employing effective teaching strategies along with authentic assessments. Additionally, she participates in lectures as a peer observer and offers constructive feedback toward improving student learning and promoting better teaching approaches. Siham believes that every learner is capable, but as educators, we need to inspire them while simultaneously providing them with appropriate resources and approaches.
