Bio: Sana’a is an assistant professor of education at Abu Dhabi University and coordinator of the Master in Education in Educational Leadership program. She brings over 20 years of experience in education, including leadership roles at Queen Rania Teacher Academy and Jordan’s Ministry of Education. She co-developed the Advanced Instructional Leadership Diploma in partnership with the University of Connecticut. A former school principal and Queen Rania Award winner, Sana’a holds a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction and a Diploma in Advanced Education Leadership from Harvard. She is also a bilingual school inspector with KHDA and ADEK.
