Bio: In 2016, Salam was selected by University College London’s Institute of Education to design a Jordanian Teacher Education Professional Diploma tailored to the local context. Salam led this four-year project at the Queen Rania Teacher Academy, focusing on mentoring in best classroom practices. As an expert in early childhood education, Salam bridges theory and practice, specializing in content writing and training. Currently, Salam is a World Bank consultant, working to drive positive change in education globally, and a school inspector in the UAE, applying her expertise to improve educational standards.
