Bio: Rania holds a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Jordan and obtained the Certificate in Advanced Instructional Leadership Professional Diploma from the Queen Rania Teacher Academy in Jordan, and Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Working in education since 2014, Rania taught science & chemistry at different grade levels and worked as a science department coordinator. In collaboration with her school’s academic teams, she led the development process of her school, based on evidence collected from different resources via different tools. As a current convener & trainer in her school, she works with the department team to monitor the progress of the schools different activities plans related to SEL & STEAM programs and supervise the implementation step. She’s also working with the school principal in monitoring the progress of the school strategy. Rania is a MEPLI Convener.
