Bio: Omayma holds a PhD in educational guidance and counseling from the World Islamic Sciences and Education University, Amman, Jordan. She has worked with different NGOs as a supervisor responsible for carrying out school performance evaluations and training the staff on needed courses. She is also a certified trainer from Inholland University. Omayma is interested in studying and understanding the psychosocial side of people of all ages and genders.
