Bio: Nidal has a BS in biology, a teaching diploma in special education (two tracks: LD and gifted) and a master’s degree in guidance and counseling. She has been a school principal for 17 years. Nidal is an advocate of inclusion and inclusive schools. Currently she works at the American University of Beirut as an instructor in the education department and as a coach for TAMAM project (school based improvement project), focusing on areas of leadership, capacity building, and school evaluation in the aim of helping schools become inclusive schools. Nidal is the Lebanese delegate to the WCGTC.
