Bio: May holds an MA in education in curriculum planning and development from the University of Balamand. She is also a current Ph.D. student at Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia in Spain. May has worked in the field of education as a teacher, coordinator, and education consultant for curriculum planning and development for more than 25 years. Her research interests include formative and summative assessment, writing processes, rubrics, critical literacy, student agency, and feedback. She has published in Assessing Writing, Journal of English Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics, English Teaching Forum, and The American Biology Teacher.
