Bio: Feras is a senior education specialist and manager of the Continuous Professional Development Department at Queen Rania Teacher Academy. He is also a certified international trainer with extensive experience in designing and delivering professional development programs for educators. He is an instructor in the Advanced Leadership Diploma program at QRTA, in cooperation with Jordan University. Before joining QRTA, Feras worked for 20 years as a teacher and school leader in Jordan and Oman. Feras has a Ph.D. in business administration (strategic planning). He also holds a Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
