Bio: Dory is a math counselor, trainer, and educator with a passion for improving teaching and learning in Lebanon. As Head of the Grade 9 Math Committee and coordinator of the Beirut Coaching Center, Dory leads a team of 60 counselors to support teachers across Beirut and Mount Lebanon. With experience in curriculum development and teacher training at CERD, Dory is committed to empowering educators, fostering innovation in classrooms, and addressing learning gaps through leadership, assessment strategies, and differentiated instruction.
