Bio: Amal holds a PhD in Teaching English as a Second Language and teaches at the Faculties of Education and English Language. She also serves as an educational counselor at the Ministry of Education. Amal holds a Diploma in Educational Counseling from Saint Joseph University and is CAEL-certified (Certificate in Advanced Educational Leadership) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. With extensive experience in educational leadership, she is actively involved in the professional development of both school teachers and university faculty. Her work includes supporting the creation of professional learning communities in schools and helping teachers effectively integrate technology into their teaching.
